Hello! I'm Madalyn, the creator of this page.

I don't really consider myself much of a writer, but blogging has been a hobby of sorts for me since I was 13. I went back and deleted a lot of my old posts, but I do remember my first ever post on this blog was about seeing Twilight: Eclipse in theaters and complaining about the price. So not much has changed.

  I have a tendency to get really off-topic, hence the blog title. You'll probably notice there's no particular theme for what I post - it really is all just one big unrelated note. Ideally, I'd like to share some moments from my life as I find a way to put certain things into words. And I'd like to tell stories about people from my community. Living in a small town leads people to believe that nothing interesting has happened to you or the people around you - but I find that to be quite the opposite. I think that over time, as I share more, we'll come to find that crazy things can happen to even the most ordinary-appearing individuals.
